{Mason's Nursery}

I haven't posted updated pictures of Mason's nursery, so I thought I'd do that today! Mason's room is my absolute favorite room in the house right now. Although Mason does not sleep in there, he loves his room. Especially the crib. He likes the black/white contrasting colors on his bedding! We dress/undress him in his room everyday. And mommy loves to organize and re-organize his room every chance I get!! It's just too cute.

The other day I realized how significant the number 25 has been to us!

Found out we were pregnant September 25th 2009

Had our precious baby boy, Mason, May 25th, 2010

{Mommy & Mason time}

Daddy had softball last night, so it was just mommy and Mason at home. And Diesel too, of course. (but he just slept the whole time) Mason was in such a great mood when I went to Nana's to pick him up. He was happy and smiling. Papa got home and wanted to play with him, so we stayed for a bit. Papa loves that Mason has found his smile.

Mason was such a good boy for mommy! He sat in his bouncer for a while so that mommy could eat and shower!! He was perfectly content and just looked around at everything. He's growing up way TOO Fast!!!

Sleeping in mommy's arms:

(See that orange shirt??? Um, yeah - that is a size 6months. And it's not that big on him. Very soft and comfy and perfect for sleeping in) Oh my!

{8 weeks, WHAT?}

I cannot believe our baby boy is 8 weeks already. Time needs to just go ahead and SLOW down, like for real! Mason, you are growing more and more everyday. Each minute we get to spend with you makes mommy and daddy very happy! You are our everything and we love you more than words can say.

You are still doing most of the stuff you did at 7 weeks old (click here for that post), you're just getting better at those things.

You have your mommy wrapped around your finger, and you know it.

You are starting to smile more and more.

You smile really big when I kiss your face and this makes momma's heart do somersalts.

You are mostly wearing 0-3 month sized clothes, but a lot of 3 months too. Just depends on the brand.

Still in size 1 diapers - Pampers brand.

Just within the last few days we have switched you to soy formula. You have major tummy troubles (gas) and we are trying to find what works best for you. It gets so bad that it keeps you awake at night. You seem to be doing good with the soy, but it's still too early to tell.

We've started giving you a little rice cereal in your bottles before bed. You can't seem to get full these days. It's really helped.

AND - you just seem to get cuter and cuter with each minute that passes.
