 Kicking Off 2024 with Our First Dallas Stars Game of the Year!

Yesterday we officially kicked off our 2024 sports calendar with our first Dallas Stars game of the year—and what a night it was! There’s just something about walking into the American Airlines Center, hearing the buzz of the crowd, seeing the sea of green jerseys, and knowing you’re about to experience something electric. Stars games never disappoint, and last night was no exception.

This time, we had an extra ticket, so we let Mason bring a friend along with us. Watching the two of them take it all in—the lights, the music, the fast-paced action on the ice—was so much fun. There’s something really special about seeing your kid share something they love with a friend. It definitely made the night feel even more memorable.

We’ve been to quite a few Stars games over the last two years, but they never get old. The energy in the arena is hard to describe unless you’ve felt it yourself. From the moment the players hit the ice to the final buzzer, it’s non-stop excitement. One of my favorite parts? The chants and cheers. Dallas Stars fans are all in—loud, proud, and full of traditions that bring everyone together. Whether it’s chanting “STARS” during the national anthem or celebrating a goal with an explosion of cheers and flashing lights, the fan base knows how to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

It’s more than just a game—it’s a whole experience. The music, the hype videos, the on-ice action, the crazy saves and big hits… it’s impossible not to get caught up in it. And sharing it with people you love makes it that much better.
