{Being a Mommy...Part Seventeen}

means making bottles in your sleep!

{Being a Mommy...Part Sixteen}

Means learning to NEVER say Never!

{Being a Mommy...Part Fifteen}

Means waking up at 12:30, 3:30 and 5:30 and not even caring about how tired you are. That little smile makes it all worthwhile.

{Being a Mommy...Part Fourteen}

Means hitting snooze on your alarm even though you are wide awake just so that you can cuddle with your baby an extra ten minutes!

{Being a Mommy...Part Twelve}

Means wanting to show off your baby at every opportunity because you're proud and he's so smart, cute and awesome!

{Being a Mommy...Part Thirteen}

Means grocery shopping with one arm because your son wants to be held!

{Being a Mommy...Part Eleven}

Means living on your baby's schedule and lovin' every minute of it!

Means spending countless hours wondering how you ever felt complete before being a Mother.

Means teaching your baby inappropriate things like sticking out your tongue, because it's funny when they do it back!

Means sleeping sitting up on the couch from 12:00-2:30 am because your son has a tummy ache and finds relief sleeping on your chest.

{Being a Mommy...Part Five}

Means talking in an ultra high-pitched and highly annoying voice because your son loves it! And you love to see his smile!

{Being a Mommy...Part Four}

Means going to bed with wet hair, chapped lips and a cotton mouth because your son is ready for bed and you only had time to change into your jammies, brush your teeth and slap water on your face! (wouldn't have it any other way though! I secretly love that mommy has to put Mason to bed)

{Being a Mommy...Part Six}

Means crying everytime you look at your sweet baby boy because you can't imagine life being any better...because he's the answer to your prayers!

{Being a Mommy...Part three}

Means swapping your $7 a bottle shampoo/conditioner for the cheaper stuff so that you can spend that extra money on your baby! It's so much more fun!

{Being a Mommy...Part two}

...means wearing your hair in a ponytail every day because you don't have time to "fix" it. :)

{Being a Mommy...Part One}

I wanted to start this series soon after I had Mason so that I wouldn't forget anything...but I barely touched a computer during that 6 weeks. I will just have to start now! I wanted to document things I have never done until I became a mom...ya know, mommyisms.

"Being a mommy means...taking a 3 second shower because your baby is fussing and awake. Ya know, just long enough to lather soap, rinse off and get out"
