{Valentine's Day 2.11}

I got to spend my Valentine's Day with this little cutie and his Daddy!

Getting SO close to crawling!!!

We had a nice "family" dinner at our local favorite - Chick Fil A. It was so fun to hang out and play with our Mason! After dinner we went to Nana & Papa's house so they could give Mason his Valentines Gifts. We had a mini-photo shoot!! It was a great night.

{Weekend Wrap-Up}

Another great weekend for us! The weather was beautiful (minus the wind) and we took full advantage on Sunday :)

Our day involved a little of this....

A little of this....

AND lots of kissing these sweet cheeks!!!

{Texting, Surfin' the web...you know}

Mason loves Mommy's cell phone. Any time it's in site he grabs it and if he can't get it he throws the biggest fit EVER! Seriously! He knows how to do things on my phone that I don't even know how to do. Oh and once he google searched a model number of a Semi Conductor! Oh boy!

Sloppy Kisses!

Mason just went to kiss Daddy and stuck his tongue out! Hilarious!

{37 Weeks}

Our sweet baby boy is now 37 weeks!!!
(as of Tuesday, Feb 8th)

That's 259 days, 6216 hours, 372,960 minutes that you have been with us Mason!! Most astonishing 372,960 minutes of my life!!
Mason, every day you are looking more and more like a little toddler to me. Stop it! When I hold you I just stare at how big you are. You are also acting more grown up. You have Mommy and Daddy (and everyone else) wrapped around your little finger and you know it. But even so, you're incredibly sweet. You love to snuggle on Mommy and Daddy's shoulders; Mommy loves this even more!

Let’s see, at 37 weeks...

-  Dada is still your favorite word!! You say it all the time and it never gets any less cute!
- Your vocabulary is growing. Mostly with words only you understand, but always hearing new ones!
- You love to “dance". Music or no music.
- You are still taking steps when holding your hands
- You have "stood" up many times by yourself
- Still love your toes
- Sleeping has been great. You are taking 1 to 2 bottles throughout the night.
- You take a 6oz bottle about every 3 hours during the day. 8oz bottle at bed time.
- Still doing well with the solids.You eat 1 4oz jar at lunch time and 2 4oz jars in the evening most of the time. You don't really want anything to do with rice cereal in a bowl.
- When on your stomach you’ve gotten into the “crawl” position a few times.
- You love to sit up on your own and play with your toys.
- As for clothes – most of your pants are size 9-12 months, shirts are mostly 12 months, pajamas are mostly 12-18 months. It's getting cold so we're layering and dressing warm.
- In size 4 diapers
New this week:
- We've started giving you puffs as a little snack. I still tear them into pieces because I don't think you are ready for a whole one just yet. You seem to like them okay.
- Your new workd this week is "Nana"
- You like to say "hey" before everything
- You're infatuated with doorknobs and magnets on a fridge!
- Found a new favorite food you love. Yogurt Blends; the pear flavor
- You have many toys but your favorite is still Mommy's phone!

{Splish Splash...I was takin' a Bath}

Bath time is so much fun at the Hall house. We've been giving Mason his baths in his "Duck" bathtub.

We have to set it up in the bathroom floor with towels all around because Mason likes to splash, big time! It's so cute though. We have little squirters we also play with.
And he's just incredibly too cute!!

Don't ya just wanna kiss them chubby little feet?!?!?!

{Only Daddy...}

One day while I was working at home I came out of the office and into the living room to find this:

Mason was having a good ol' time playing with the doorknob and Daddy's back got tired of holding him. So, Daddy set him up!! Oh boy! You just never know with these two!!

{Snow Day...this is Texas, right??}

On Friday, Feb 4th we got a ton of snow!!! I worked from home again. The snow was piled on top of ice and too dangerous to drive to work. I worked at our house for a while, then we loaded up and went to Nana & Papas (they live right behind us) for the rest of the day. When I work there I can be in the same room as Mason and he's not constantly screaming for me. Simplifies things! And we're all about simplifying :) The snow was beautiful. It was soooo bright we had to put Mason's sunglasses on so that he could open his eyes. Just like with everything else, Mason was so laid back about it. Like it didn't even phase him that we had 8 inches of this fluffy white stuff everywhere. He just looked at it. We didn't let him play in it because he had been battling a couch and congestion. Didn't want to make things worse. We did get some pictures, though!
